Question 1

How does contact form outreach bypass spam filters?

Accepted Answer

Contact form submissions are delivered by the recipient's own web server to their internal inbox. There's no external sending domain to score, so SPF/DKIM checks and spam gateways never come into play.

Question 2

How do you handle reCAPTCHA and other bot protection?

Accepted Answer

Our workers use API-based CAPTCHA solving (reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha) with residential proxies. The cost is included — you never pay for failed attempts.

Question 3

Where do replies go?

Accepted Answer

Replies go to the Reply-To address you set, optionally on a dedicated reply domain we configure. They also appear in your portal's unified reply inbox with sentiment tags.

Question 4

Is this CAN-SPAM compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every message includes your sender identity and an opt-out line. We honor opt-outs globally, support keyword/domain exclusions, and only target business contact forms.

Question 5

What counts as a verified send?

Accepted Answer

A submission where the form POST returns a successful server response (200 OK) and a confirmation state is detected. Each one is logged with a timestamp in your CSV export.

Question 6

How does the $50 risk-free trial work?

Accepted Answer

We run ~1,000 verified sends against your list. If you don't get a measurable result, we refund the $50.
